Everest Base Camp Expedition
Everest Base Camp Trek is an adventurous journey in the Himalayas of Nepal. This trek is one of the most renowned and famous trekking trails of Nepal that is visited by thousands of travelers from around the globe every year. This trek will allow you to experience the unique lifestyle and rich culture of the Sherpa people. You will visit the oldest and biggest monastery of the Khumbu region, Tengboche monastery as well as many gompas, and chortens festooned with colourful prayer flags. Along the trail, you will pass by various beautiful villages, dense forests of pine & rhododendron, rivers, and streams. During, Everest Base Camp Trekking, you will not only seethe gorgeous landscape but also numerous Himalayan mountains like Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Lobuche (6,119 m), Mt. Thamserku (6,623 m), Mt. Kangtega (6,782 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), Island Peak (6,189 m), Mt. AmaDablam (6,812 m), etc. Â
Everest Base Camp Trek difficulty
Everest Base Camp Trek is a moderate journey in the Himalayas. The trail includes many ascents and descents on steep, rugged, and rocky paths. You will trek for approximately 6 to 7 hours per day. All of these demands sound health, good physical fitness, and strong stamina. You do not need to have prior trekking experience to go on Everest Base Camp Trekking, however, if you do have experience it will help you a lot during the trek.
 Accommodation and Food
 Everest Base Camp Trek is a guest house lodge trek. The rooms will be basic with little furniture and clean washrooms. Keep in mind that washrooms will be on sharing basis and Private depends on Place.
You will get food served as per the menu of the guest house/lodge house. You will find Nepali, Indian, and Tibetan cuisines. Besides that, you can also buy bars and snack items on the trail. Make sure to carry a reusable water bottle with yourself and refill it every time it gets empty.

Itinerary of trek
After your landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by Representatives He will guide you to your hotel. You can rest for the day. In the evening, you will meet with your tour guide in your hotel lobby, and he will brief you about the programmed evening Arati in Pashupatinath  temple.

You will wake up early in the morning about 3 am it is because there will not be flight Kathmandu to Lukla from 1st of October . we have to departure about 3 am and 3 hours’ drive . The flight from Ramechhap to lukla will be short around 20 minutes and will offer you excellent views of Himalayan mountains. After landing at the airport, you will begin trekking towards Phakding village. The trail will descend down through forested path and take you to Phakding where you will spend the night.
Note that in month of may the flight may be Kathmandu Lukla kathmandu

The trial today continues towards the famous Namche Bazar. Going through a pine forest, you will reach ZamPhute. Crossing a stream on a bridge, you will reach TokTok. From here, you will ascend to Benkar and cross another bridge to reach Chmao village. You will get your TIMS card checked here and your guide will take care of all other permits. The trail from here will take you to Monko and from here onwards, you will trek through Sagarmatha National Park. After reaching Jorsalle, you will descend on a steep path and ascend to ultimately reach Namche Bazar. Before reaching Namche, you will pass by one more army checkpoint.

It is your rest day at Namche. Wake up early and have breakfast with views of Himalayan mountains. After that, you can hike to the Syangboche Airstrip located at the hilltop above the town from where you can see superb views of Namche Bazar. You will then hike to the Everest View Hotel, which will present you the first view of Mt. Everest (8,848 m). Later in the day, you will visit the Everest Photo Gallery and Sherpa Culture Museum.

 The trail is going to be long yet easy today. Continue trekking from Namche and reach Syangboche. From here, the trail takes you to Kyangjuma where you will get to see Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), and Mt. AmaDablam (6,812 m). Further, trekking through lush pine forests, you will walk on a steep trail and reach PungkiThanka. Trekking along the right side of DudhKoshiriver, you will gradually ascend to Tengboche through beautiful forests of blue pines and rhododendrons. You will visit the region's oldest and biggest monastery here, Tengboche monastery.

Crossing a suspension bridge over Imja Kholariver, you will begin trekking towards Dingboche. Further, the trail will take you to Pangboche, a small village. The trail then turns onto a rugged path and turns right towards Dingboche. Upon reaching Dingboche, you will be welcomed by majestic views of Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), AmaDablam (6,812 m), and Island Peak (6,189 m).

This is your second acclimatization day at Dingboche.  You will hike to Nagarjun Hill from where you can see beautiful views of Dingboche and Pheriche along with several Himalayan mountains like Mt. Lobuche (6,119 m), Mt. Thamserku (6,623 m), Mt. Kangtega (6,782 m), Mt. AmaDablam (6,812 m), Taboche Peak (6,542m), extra. After spending some time up there, you will trek back to Dingboche for a relaxing day.

 Today, you will head towards Lobuche village located at the lap of Mt. Lobuche (6,119 m). The trail will take you to Thukla and move towards Pheriche. From here onwards, it gets a little tough so walk carefully. Continuing your trek, you will reach ChupkiLhara, the rock-strewn slope??.You will then descend down to the terminal moraine of the Khumbu glacier, and cross the moraine. On the way, you will get to see wonderful views of Mt. Lingtren (6,749 m), Mt. Pumori (7,161 m), and Mt. Khumbutse (6,665 m). The trail then further descends and leads you to Lobuche village known for its good lodges and warm hospitality.

 It is going to be an exciting day as you will achieve your goal of being close to the world's highest mountain, at Everest Base Camp. You will begin your day early and have a warm breakfast to prepare you up.you will ascend slowly alongside Khumbu glacier and reach GorakShep. After here, you will not find any settlements whatsoever. Trekking on a wide trail, you will reach EBC where you are going to spend a few hours depending on the weather conditions. You will get to see stunning views of Himalayas as well as Khumbu Icefall from here. Finallyyou will descend down to GorakShep for the night’s stay.

- Head back to Gorakshep for breakfast
- Wait for helicopter flight
- Flight to Lukla and visit around Lukla town
After having your breakfast, you will take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you will move to your hotel. The rest of the day is leisure time for you. You can explore or relax and enjoy some tasty food. You will also be awarded with a certificate that shows, you have successfully completed the Everest Base Camp Trek.
